Last updated 16 August 2026
1. What this is
These terms govern your use of wmafmeet.com (the "Site"), operated by WMAFMeet ("we", "us"). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist. By joining you confirm that you are, and that the contact details you give are your own.
3. Using the Site
You agree not to:
- submit somebody else's email address, phone number or Signal handle;
- submit details you know to be false;
- use bots, scripts or automated means to submit the form;
- attempt to gain access to any part of the Site or its data that isn't public;
- interfere with the Site's operation, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content.
4. Admission is at our discretion
When cohorts open, we decide who is invited. We may decline anyone, remove anyone, or close the waitlist entirely, at any time and without giving a reason. Being on the waitlist creates no entitlement to be admitted and no obligation on us to contact you within any particular time, or at all. Joining the waitlist is not an application, a purchase, or a promise of admission by either side.
We may prioritise or limit invitations to keep a cohort balanced, or to keep it in a particular city.
5. Communications
If you join the waitlist, you're agreeing that we may contact you at the address or handle you gave, about WMAFMeet. You can ask us to stop, and to delete your details, at any time by emailing hello@wmafmeet.com.
6. Our content
The Site's text, design, logo and the 緣 mark belong to us. You may link to the Site freely. Do not reuse the material for another product or service.
7. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't promise the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Privacy
What we collect and what we do with it is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the revised version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
