1. Information we collect
Only what the signup form sends, plus what your browser sends with the request:

That is the complete list. There is no other form on this site.
2. Tracking and cookies
We use no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising networks. We do not sell, rent or share your details for marketing, and we do not combine them with data from anywhere else.
3. Disclosure of data
We share your data with no one, other than the service providers described below and where required by law.
4. Service providers
We use third-party providers to host the site, store the waitlist, and run the mailbox you reach us at. They process your data only to perform those tasks on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else. Waitlist data is stored in the United States.
5. Retention
We keep your entry until you ask us to delete it, until we retire the waitlist, or for one year — whichever comes first.
6. Your rights
Email hello@wmafmeet.com and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Deletion is permanent and we keep no copy.
If you have statutory data-protection rights — under the GDPR in the EU or UK, or the CCPA in California, among others — those rights apply and the route is the same address.
7. Children
This site is for adults. Do not join the waitlist if you are under 18.
8. Changes to this policy
If what we collect changes, this page is updated and the date at the top moves.
